3. Discussion on Elem/Middle/High School Prototype
   Minutes: Joe Sanches, Chief of Facilities Management, provided Board Members with a summary of Potential Cost Savings Options and reviewed the Development of Educational Specification - Specific Project.
   
   Board Members discussed: tilt wall; room at each school for a nurse; room at each school for a psychologist; public being able to access gym and cafeteria from the outside; lock-down capability; generators on every campus; and feeder patterns.
   
   Board Members exchanged extensive dialogue and staff entertained questions regarding the new middle school of choice, which will be a magnet program in the medical field.
   
   Dr. Richmond stated she had suggested this meeting to discuss the development of Educational Specifications.
   
   Mr. Lynch asked if procedures could be revised for the District to make every effort to always use the prototype.
   
   Mrs. Burdick stressed the importance of continuing to right size schools and review the design.
